Electronic Contract Notes
Electronic Contract Notes (or Trade Confirmations) provides the ability to distribute Finalised Contract Notes via email. The system selects the Contract Notes available for distribution from a stockbrokers back-office settlement system, converts the raw data into a customised PDF format complete with company logo and standard text such as billing details and Terms and Conditions, then creates the required files for distribution.
Distribution can be via one of the following mechanisms:
- Individual Contract Notes (including Contract Note copies) sent to external parties via email using an organisation’s proprietary SMTP facilities
- All Contract Notes collated into a single file for distribution to a mailing house
- All Contract Notes collated into a single file for distribution via facsimile through a third-party.
